Championing Quality
Actively supported the manufacturing team in applying Integrated Work Systems (IWS) within Quality Assurance, achieving a 100% Q2S record in Cell 4 Line 2 for eight consecutive months.
Spearheaded the installation of Moisture Meters without original equipment manufacturer (OEM) assistance, resulting in a significant improvement in tobacco moisture conformance.

Cultural Acceleration
Led the celebration of “World Quality Day” in BAT Bangladesh in 2020 & 2021
Played a leading role in fostering quality capability on the shop floor by delivering targeted quality training, deploying quality tools, and successfully rolling out the Quality Behavior Observation System (QBOS) in SMD.

Digital Transformation
Led the implementation of the Global Manufacturing Execution System (GMES) to digitize quality assurance processes, enhancing traceability and real-time monitoring.
Oversaw the successful rollout of local Online Quality Software for automated KPI reporting, leading to an annual reduction of 8,000 man-hours. This was named as “Aura”
